MA LP Clinical Director met with Jaya Rawla, NP Champion for Brightwood CHC.
- Discussed the continued need for grant documents to be submitted. The NP HIV Champion will follow-up with the RW Program Director and the Interim Director, Sponsored Programs Administration for Baystate Health.
- Discussed data needed for the PM and clarified questions the NP Champion had about STI screening for PWH receiving care at Brightwood. The NP HIV Champion is supposed to have the data by 3/14 and will send it to the MA LP Clinical Director for review.
- Training requested for staff at Brightwood to address universal HIV screening and re-screening. The MA LP Clinical Director will reach out to faculty. Looking for a program in April or May if possible.
- The NP Champion discussed progress with the ongoing pilot program she has developed providing home visits to PWH who are lost to follow-up or missing appointments. She reports that several patients who have received her visits over the past year have re-engaged in care at the clinic.
