The Connecticut Hepatitis C Symposium is a gathering of healthcare providers and professionals who provide hepatitis C prevention and treatment services to their clients and patients. Please be aware the symposium is In-Person Only and will take place at High Watch Recovery Center, located at 62 Carter Rd, Kent, CT 06757.
This amazing 4-hour event consists of three CME-Accredited presentations, networking opportunities, a free lunch provided by High Watch Recovery Center, and the chance to interact with our subject-matter expert presenters.
The event will take place on April 11th, 2025, with registration beginning at 10:30 am and the first presentation at 11 am. The event is scheduled to conclude around 3 PM.
