Presented by Dr. Sarah Kelso-Obrien (guest speaker).   The talk was about rectal screening using a high definition anoscope.  HIV and HPV+ patients are at higher risk for colon/anal cancers  (10X higher).  Treatment and observation for AIN with the HD anoscope account for earlier cancer diagnosis.
