Description

Two week clinical rotation in HIV Ryan White comprehensive care clinic, viral hepatitis clinic and HIV case conference attendance.  Working directly in preceptorship model with HIV Specialist, and Ryan white case management (nursing, CSS), and pharmacy teams, as well as viral hepatitis nursing, and CHW team.  Attending case conference to review quality metrics related to HIV care and complex patient care cases.
